If you contact us via a contact form or by email, we process the data you provide in order to handle your enquiry.

User account
To create a user account we process your email address, your password in hashed form and any profile data you choose to provide.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. A technically necessary session cookie is set to keep you signed in.
Orders and payment
To process orders we handle your master, contract and payment data. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Payments are processed via Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Irland. The data required for payment is transmitted to this provider, which processes it as a controller in its own right.
Audience measurement
We operate our own audience measurement hosted on our servers. No data is transmitted to third parties.
We record the page requested, the time, the referring address, campaign parameters, the device type and a pseudonymous session and visitor identifier. No IP address is stored.
The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with section 25(1) TDDDG, which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future.
Videos
Videos on this website are delivered by BunnyWay d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 165, 1000 Ljubljana, Slowenien. As soon as you start a video or open a page with an embedded video, your browser connects to that provider's servers. Your IP address and technical details about your device and browser are transmitted, as the video cannot be delivered otherwise.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the videos form part of a course you booked, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in reliable and fast delivery. The provider evaluates requests in aggregated form in order to manage delivery.
Cookies
We use technically necessary cookies without which the website does not work, for example to store your language preference and your sign-in. The legal basis is section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
